lol, I dont think anyones going to argue who will win a match out of the two, but when talking about raw talent, I feel it's up in the air. There will never be another RJJ, and there will certainly never be another Mike Tyson, that you can count on.

Both guys were absolute freaks of nature in the raw talent department. However, the question was about "RAW" talent. To me that means the stuff that you really can't teach. I voted for Roy based on mental/emotional strength. That's the one area where I think Roy is miles ahead of Iron Mike.

    Raw talent . . . RJJ? :think

RJJ is a master of movements so there's no way RJJ would belong to the list of less talented fighters.

    Tyson! :yep

Dont do prime tyson vs Prime Jones... Their not really the same weight class.

Light HW is not HW. We are talking 25 pounds difference here... believe me thats A LOT.

I will say RJJ by a hair, but still very close.

  8. i Would say Roy back in the mid to late 90's Roy was damn near untouchable..

RJJ is/was unbelievable, that goes without saying but Tyson, with his combination of power, size (HW), technique, speed and aggression was a one off. I fear that we may never see a heavyweight of his type again.....and this is what makes his fall from grace, and unfullfilled promise even more a tragedy. I believe that Tyson at 21 was unstoppable, by anyone, past or present.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
