Has there been any boxers that have actually fought fighting relatives such as a father and their son, brothers, or even cousins? Whether it be losing to both or winning one, or beating both.
Jersey Joe Walcott is the only fighter I know that has actually knocked out both Harold Johnson and his father, both in 3 rounds no less! I don't think that's ever been repeated.

Oliver McCall avenged his son's loss to some Euro prospect a few years ago.

That really happened? Now that has to be one of the strangest things I've heard and people used to say that they could never picture the Klitschko brothers fighting each other...

Grover Wiley stopped Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. in 2005, and then Wiley was knocked out by Chavez Jr. in 2007.

Vic Darchinyan actually fought both Nonito Donaire and his brother, knocking out Glen and getting knocked out himself by Nonito's famous left hook.

Brothers you would have several examples. Fathers, such as the case with JC Chavez and JC Chavez Jr, is rare.

Larry Holmes and Dwight Qawi fought both Leon Spinks and Michael Spinks.

Roberto Duran fought Marvin Hagler and Robbie Sims (half brothers)

Corrie Sanders, Ross Purrity, and Chris Byrd fought Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko.

Johnny Gant fought Sugar Ray Leonard and Roger Leonard.

"BOB FITZSIMMONS: Following his retirement he gave exhibition bouts with his son, Robert, and for a while in 1916–17 was a travelling evangelist, along with his fourth wife, Temo.

Fitzsimmons was married four times. With his first wife, Louisa Johns, whom he married in Sydney on 14 October 1885, he had a son, Charles. The marriage ended in divorce. Fitzsimmons then married Rose Samnell, also known as Rose Julian, a well-known acrobat, in the United States probably in 1893. There were three children from the marriage: Robert, Martin and Rosalie. (Fighting as 'Young Bob Fitzsimmons', Robert enjoyed a moderately successful ring career as a heavyweight between 1919 and 1931.) After Rose's death in New York in April 1903, Fitzsimmons married a vaudeville singer named Julia May Gifford, at San Francisco on 25 July 1903, but they divorced in January 1915. He married Temo Ziller at Portland, Oregon, probably on 26 May 1915. Fitzsimmons died of pneumonia in Chicago, Illinois, on 22 October 1917, survived by his fourth wife."

On fighting brothers, I think Jack Johnson defeated both Jack and Jim Jeffries.

Duran also fought Edwin and Adolfo Viruet.

And supposedly after beating Adolfo, said to the two of them "Next time, your father!"

A bit different from your premise. Katsuaki Eguchi fought his own brother for the Japanese Minimumweight title. Brutal KO.
