really like the look of this fight!! who has everyone got

Simmons for me (supporting my fellow Scot!) but Askin is on a great run of form so it is a hard one for Simmo

I'm with you. Askin has good momentum but I fancy Simmons in this one though. Good fight, good card.

Askin wins this one. Simbo takes to long to get started and will get outboxed.

The one thing Askins won't do is outbox Simmons please, he's slow and very predictable, I see a very comfortable win for Simmons, he will be spot on for this one

Wadi Camacho was doing it for a long while, Dickinson did it. Current Askins is better than those two.

I see both you and Billy points, your right about Simmons in his fights with Wadi and Dickinson. I see Billy's point as Simmons can be technically a much better boxer than Askins, a problem in two fights you mentioned was fact he was loading up too much and not using the boxing. If he does what he should keep it at distance and control the pace and not load up all the time I see him outboxing Askins and winning on points, if he doesn't do that though good chance he don't win. I do think he looks more mature now showed his class in Germany and not trying to big up Billy but I do think he has the right coach for him now who knows how to bring out the best out in him so I am going for Simmons on points in region of 116-112, 117-112

Simmons had a big amateur career and hopefully he boxes -- agree he looks to load up at times

Tiffeny against Troy James is another brill match. Will see just how good Tiff is. Most 50/50 fights I have seen on a card here and more than most I have watched anywhere to be fair

If Simmons does not pull this off I would like to see him retire. However I wish him all the best.

I fancy Simmons on points but agree both lads should be applauded, it's not like they will be getting life changing money, so take my hat of to them both, especially Askins as he's the champion taking on a voluntary in Simmons home patch.
