Are you disappointed in Floyd for not agreeing to fight in the octagon?

STFU you little rat spastic I've forgotten more about the sport of boxing than you will ever know lol. McGregor is utterly convinced he's going to win and it's plain to see for anyone with even the most rudimentary understanding of body language. It's not just about the money you dumb ****

That doesn't mean he's daring to be great though.

And FTR, I'd probably pick a 60 year old Floyd to whoop his ass

Conor is only getting the cheque he's getting because he happens to be fighting Floyd: he won't get that same money anywhere else.

Sorry but I don't believe that. Of course the money plays a part but I genuinely believe he genuinely believes he's going to spark Floyd.

lol its about the money and nothing else, why not go and fight a world champion like errol spence or Canelo, why go after the guy who is 40 years old and hasn't fought in 2 years?

    Why should it?

I'm sick of the trend in MMA to have a top 20-something MMA fighter take on 40-something past-his-prime boxer ... have the boxer lose badly because he doesn't know what he's doing ... and then have MMA fans proclaim MMA is better.

I remember when "kicking" in a fight was considered not "fighting like a man."

I remember when twisting someone's arm was just considered to be "a d*ck move" by an older brother, and not actual fighting.

I doubt Floyd Mayweather could beat a lot of current fighters today. He hasn't fought in years and he's in his 40s, too.

But at least this time it's in a boxing ring where 20-something McGregor will have to "fight like a man." I guess fighting a top boxer who is active and in his prime is still out of the question for the MMA crowd.

Why should floyd fans praise mcgregor for fighting floyd? Did any mcgregor fans praise floyd for making hatton gatti pac man look like amateurs?

So do all the UFC fans who are buying into the matchup with their blind loyalty.

Conor will get a rude awakening when Floyd takes away his jab and evades his left hand, and starts landing his own jab the the body, check left hook and right hand over the top with regularity.

No it's not. Like I said money plays a part and obviously he's going to cash a bigger check facing Floyd than anyone else. But he's convinced he's going to win and there's nothing you or anyone can say to make me think otherwise. I see it as clear as day in his eyes and it's unmistakable. Fighting Floyd, regardless if he's 40 years old, in your pro debut is crazy and he's going and he's going to get badly embarrassed and humiliated.

Some of them are clueless, and some of them are taken in by his sheer self-belief and self-confidence in himself that he's going to pull it off.

He's going to realize very quickly that he's badly out of his depth.
