ruben olivares. at the present, jmm has a very nice uppercut that he puts beautifully in combination, or thrown as a lead.

Mike Tyson's Body head "Uppercut Finisher"
gives him the crown here IMO for single best Uppercut.

But Overall, my fav Uppercut has to be Sal Sanchez
he had a dual Right/Left uppercut's on the inside that together with
a calculated body attack would break his opponents down.

    1) Mike Tyson
    2) George Foreman

    3) IT DOESN'T MATTER AFTER #1 AND #2

I think that Tyson and Liston compete for the best uppercut in real terms, but Lewis also has a wonderful uppercut which he can use off the back foot (see round one, Lewis-Tyson).

Foreman is being hugely overated in this thread. His uppecut is slow, thrown from too far back, and a bit looping. Liston and Tyson blow him away in terms of form, and are not behind him in terms of power.

    1. tyson. (his uppercut on marvis frazier is simply awesome)
    2. casamayor. his quick, powerful and short left uppercut is fabulous

Actually, Joe tended to underate everyone who beat him, so I doubt it.
