LOL Horn couldn't hurt Pacquiao at all and he was way bigger, Horn was the one who was badly hurt.

 

Mundine can't make WW he is using Horn's raised profile for attention. He hasn't won a fight since Rabchenko in 2014 and fought at LHW his last fight. He would be dead at the weight.
