He was relaxed and made it look easy work. He made GGG miss and at times traded with him. He effectively countered too. GGG was gunshy. That was not the monster that was KOing Rosado, Lemieux, etc.

Beat the mystique, but didn't outbox the man.

He did tremendously well, him and Jacobs have made him look beatable but neither actually managed to beat him. What ive seen in Golovkins last 2 fights is the very best that can be thrown at him that isnt from higher weights and he hasnt been beaten.

What Canelo has done is slaughter the myth in my own head where i thought he couldnt hack it with ANY legitimate Middleweight which was why we have never seen him facing any. Canelo is a big strong dangerous Middleweight.

So are we taking away the grit that Canelo showed last night? Both men came to fight. Great fight, great match, these guys were ready

He did outbox him, no doubt about that. The only thing that kept gg in the fight was his workrate, not his boxing skills. Canelo made him look like an average provodnikov, yes, enterntaning, yes, with high workrate, yes... but without true talent.

Canelo didnt feel like to work yesterday, and he will pay for it, I'm sure he's now regreting it.

Jacobs already did that but that is only for people who believe the hype. Those two fights have actually shown that GGG at 35 is the real deal. Sure he's not winning by KO but its been proven time after time that at the elite level power is not everything. GGG has shown that when that happens he can win even with his jab. No way is he "exposed" though, he has beaten the best MW already in Lemiux, jacobs and now Canelo

I think it showed GGG is getting a little old. But both guys showed top elite level skill.

    Jacobs did that.
I thought Jacobs gave GGG the much harder fight

The real boogeymen are Oscar, GBP, Vegas and rest of the scum who stalled Golovkins career for years. It took 2 years for this fight to happen, and when it did the result was tainted by corruption as many of us anticipated.... Cotto also sat on the title like an egg for over a year. Wonder why the Golovkin haters who accused him of feasting on bums never point this kind of stuff out?

Canelo felt the power and his knees did buckle. Canelo is just better period, head movement, body swivel, footwork, faster, better defense. too much for GGG to deal with and target ( he felt canelo and respected what was coming back at him)

If anything got exposed, it's that GGG's got one of the best jabs in the sport, which is something that people who like to paint him as a one-dimensional brawler always like to ignore.

Canelo and Jacobs are fine boxers, and neither had an answer for it.

GGG has a good reputation as a oustanding Jabber. Canelo head movement and parring in this fight negated all of that and in my opinion canelo out jabbed the jabber.

How do you out jab the jabber when you land less jabs?
