If he does small hall shows and brings some attention to the lower levels of boxing then im for it to be honest.

His kids have already lost their mother, why put yourself in danger and risk them losing you too. I don't care what anyone says about who he's boxing, everyone's in danger when they step in a boxing ring.

everytime he steps into his car he is in potential danger. Cant tiptoe round life pre-empting everything, that is no way to live.

What is more concerning is he was 'approached by Betfair', to turn boxing pro, and they are the ones supporting him.

Good defender but wasn't exactly known for going in for dangerous headers and getting stuck in etc like terry butcher was he. They will match him against the worst novice they can find. As for cheating on his wife some of you amaze me how you blow that off but each to his own. If he ever fights anyone decent he will be ko and I will smile as he's a complete prat

might be, but football players are known to have horrific chins, they go often down for the count if you so much as touch them.
Even Amir Khan would be seen as a "tough" footballer.

You guys really think he looked good on the pads? I've seen two clips, one was comical, the second was not really impressive except for good coordination and good speed. Anyone can look good hitting the pads after practice and on the spot not having to move your feet.
