I think Hughie is schooling Parker. Looking at Parker here, even Bellew would have had a chance of beating him IMO.
Hughie showing how sloppy Parker is. I wonder if Hughie will start targetting the body a bit more. He's accurate with the jab and right to the body.
Round 1 - 10-9 Fury Round 2 - 10-9 Fury Round 3 - 10-9 Fury The rounds are close but I just feel Fury is outboxing Parker and controlling the pace with the jab. Parker comes in now and again but not much of substance land, Parker looks a lot cruder than I expected him to be. I'm willing Joseph to do better. Come on!
Round 3 Parker is starting to double his jab up into the armpit of Fury. Parker holding the right glove up, knuckles pointed outward to pick off face shots as he plows his way in. Parker using some head movement to roll his skull under Fury's softly lobbed back-foot jabs. Fury is dropping a few mallet rights on the forehead as Parker charges, but not much on them as Fury is gliding away. VERY light jabs by Fury, scattershot, just putting them out in the air like a lawn sprinkler. Parker undeterred but not getting close enough to land anything. 10-9 Fury 30-27 Fury
Parker hasn't done a lot really, I'm really surprised, I thought they would have prepared for this type of movement. Whatever the game plan is, it's not very effective so far, needs to quicken his feet and maybe target the body.
