    Despite him being rated quite highly by the WBO, he hasn't fought any top 100 opponents yet, but that seems about to change if the fight actually happens.
    Billy Joe wanted his payday against the GGG vs Canelo winner, but it seems that's not going to happen anytime soon, so he goes for the second best option it seems.
