    Loma already the best.

If Rigo beats him (legitimately), he goes to #1.

#1 without a doubt. IF that happens.

Not only Loma is TOP p4p talent, but he's also much bigger than Rigo. If Rigo overcomes all advantages that Loma has (height, weight, age) and beats him, he's the best p4p boxer without any questions

I can't see Rigo overcoming all those tangibles and honestly Loma just operates at such a high level it's going to be a monsterous mountain for Rigo to climb. The one item I give Rigo over Loma is patience and that's saying a lot because Loma is quite the cerebral fighter himself. 60/40 is my vote and that's being generous. Still should be a cracking good fight with two awesomely talent (smallish) men.

Quality over quantity for me. Like him or hate him, Rigo is fighting a bigger, younger, stronger p4p fighter that equals his own legendary skills and with no ridiculous demands. I'd put him at #1.

Top 3. I would still have Crawford and Golovkin ahead of him and Lomachenko would drop to like, #5 or below.
