Was he behind the following failed tests: Lucas Browne? Ruslan Chagaev? Shannon Briggs? Povetkin (before Stiverne, for anabolics)? Stiverne (before Povetkin)? Ortiz (after Kayode)? Chris Arreola (vs. Kaufman)? Dillian Whyte? This isn't about Wilder. It's about heavyweight boxing being dirty. And in the cases of his opponents failing tests, probably them realizing they need an edge before fighting him.
its part of the sport you aint never going to get rid of it they will find other ways to cheat if you knew they cheated you would never have joined the sport Wilder is just using it as an excuse just like Floyd did and we all know how that ended a number of athletes have claimed to be cleaned when they werent Wilder is no different from any other fighter. what makes him think hes the only clean athlete in the sport when all the top fighters are on something ha
This or just go back to the old 6:1 TEST/EPITEST post fight commission urine test and be done with it. Or just don not drug test anyone and the playing field gets automatically leveled. There are on wonder drugs out there either that only privileged fighters would have access to some of the most effective PED's have been around for ever and are not expensive to use.
Anyone who grandstands over athletes using pED's is a nancy boy who should pick up their nuts at the door. Complain about how certain fighters get preferrential treatment and the whole thing is a shell game to keep certain fighters at the top while persecuting others.
I'm against use of forbidden substances in boxing or any other sport, if Ortiz is in that shittoo bad. However I also spect Wilder's defense against Povetkin as he was cleared from PED failed test in Russia
Make Boxing an all out anything goes sport. The same thing needs to be done with the 100, 200 and 400 metres sprint in track and field. Everyone is juicing, the only ones who dont get caught are those coining it in (whose failed tests are suppressed) or those who have the right people paid.
This. It doesn't matter what fans want. Athletes along with their handlers know drugs are a mandatory part of staying on top in sports at the elite level whether for healing faster, competing while injured, and keeping up with the competition. Elite athletes constantly push their body to the limit and wouldn't have fast enough recovery times without drugs. This is a perfect example of how drug testing is pointless This content is protected Floyd, Froch and many other boxers both from the past and present would inject their hands. This content is protected
Wilder can cancel the fights because of 0.00000001mg but where was VADA when Tony Thompson dismantled our dear dear David Price? Where?? Scumbags.
Boxing and MMA are already dangerous enough sports as it is. PEDs will push these sports to becoming deadly not only for the innocent whos getting beat but also for the user. With all these modern day superbugs coming out, I wonder if these various forms of PEDs somehow connect to that in a negative way that might affect us all. I am no pharmaceutical scientist but these days we have drugs we don't need (e.g PEDs).
"PED's will push this sport to be deadly" This sport has had a PED problem for decades. It is not about not letting PED's in, they are already there on mass. It is about do we really want to clear PED's out the sport, or not.
I want to actually have faith in the system. If you can't tell if someone is taking a ped because something else is blocking it then get a better test. More people are getting busted because they are putting more rubbish o. The banned list because no one can do a proper test. It's time to throw the current system y of the window and start again. Who actually think the drug cheats are not winning and legit guys are getting busted like Ortiz.
The context I meant "PED's will push this sport to be deadly" is that it can evolve to that and also it can get out of hand if we do not continue to clamp down on it. In it evolving, drug makers maybe looking to make the best PED. One that increases performance a bit more than the others and last but not least, extremely difficult to trace. Bodybuilding has some sort of exemption with certain PEDs and as I mentioned before, thats why we need to clamp down because our sport is dangerous and to start letting it go will be detrimental for many. I never said PEDs was a new problem, you wont find that in my post. We dont know for sure the extent that PEDs have on our athletes as we are not them obviously to fess up. Many want to clear PEDs out of our sport. Its not that. Its how?
Pro bodybuilding is not a tested sport. They use literally every drug available to boost their bodies. I think most people would be shocked.
