Yeah definitely one of the best comebacks in history.

To be fair to Floyd I don't know who was around to give him a combination of 4 fights. Maybe ODLH.

    My honest onion?

    FIGHT 1

    This was the weirdest fight

Pac nearly ended the rivalry before it had begun. Then he hit Marquez while he was down.....

    "You'll pay for that, *******"

And indeed he did. The majority of the following rounds saw Pac got an absolute beatdown

You can score that however you want

    FIGHT 2

    The closest fight

Both guys fought absolutely out of their skin

You can score that however you like

    FIGHT 3

Manny only took the fight as by this point in time JMM seemed totally shot

Manny's team will have told him you dont need roids to beat him now, and so Manny stupidly came in there without his roids.... and proceeded to get an absolute beatdown once again by the legendary Mexican

    FIGHT 4

This fight saw Manny suddenly going from being a useless slug to pumped up honey badger on methamphetamine

Unfortunately for Manny, Juan had predicted the transformation, and so took the necessary precautions

Score that one how you want

Pac won the first two, even though he didn't get as many rounds. He got four knockdowns instead which tipped the scoring slightly in his favor. The third fight was a robbery since Marquez probably won by about 8-4 and the fourth had a definitive knockout. I have it 2-2 even though the official record book says 2-1-1. Pac should have narrowly won the first if it weren't for a judging error.

What is this **** about the first two fights producing 4 knockdowns.
If you're a Pacquiao supporter you'd like to frame it like that in order to justify gifting Pacquiao the 2nd fight in which he got clearly outboxed.
The second fight produced one knockdown in a fight Marquez clearly outboxed Pacquiao in.
If you want to depict a fighter deserving the nod in a fight because he produced a knockdown in a fight he was competive in that's up to you. I go about it the right way, scoring round by round and tallying up the scores.
You do that, and Marquez is the winner in each of the 4 fights.

    WRONG!!!
The only people that made an issue of PED's and hypocritically linked them to Juan Manuel Marquez was HBO who had a stake in that Pacquiao kept winning. Every other broadcast crew around the world didn't even mention PED's in relating them to Marquez.

When a fight fan thinks Marquez vs Pacquiao, the first thing that pops in their head is Pacquiao going nose dive into the canvas, KTFO6.
The first thing a ******* thinks is KTFO6, but Marquez must have been aided by PED's against our roided to the gills Pacquiao!
Only *******s think Roids, boxing fans just credit the execution! LOL!

As you *******s have said so many times, Pacquiao has never tested positive for PED's, well guess what? Neither has Pacquiao's Daddy!!!! Haha!

The second fight was like 6-6 in terms of rounds and Pacquiao got a knockdown edging it in his favor. That's not difficult to understand.

The first fight Marquez won about 7 10-9 rounds but he couldn't make up the gulf of that three knockdown 10-6 round. If there had been no knockdowns in the first fight then Marquez would have won 7-5 115-113 but with the three knockdowns he lost 113-112.

Actually there were a series of fights much earlier that could have been made for Mayweather.
Tszyu, Cotto, Mosley, and the fight with Pacquiao was over 4 years passed its due date.
A win over Pacquiao for Mayweather would have been much more relevant had it occurred before Pacquiao got KTFO by Marquez.
You get put to sleep like that by a counterpunch, you never fight the same.
Pacquiao post KTFO6 was never the same and it showed in the non-aggressive manner he went about fighting Mayweather.
You'll never convince me Pacquiao wasn't leary of getting countered by the sharp, accurate counters of Floyd Mayweather.

That's not what I think of first. I tend to think of how much I enjoyed the series, especially the first fight, and how it made me appreciate the smaller weightclasses. I think of KTFO6 maybe tenth down the line after how much I admire both fighters or all the individual wars both men had. I think about Marquez being an accountant and Pacquiao being a Senator before I think of KTFO6. I remember their speed, their power, their determination. I remember the blood stained canvas and trunks. I think of their nationalities and what the fights meant to their countrymen, and then I think of Barrera vs Morales and other great rivalries.

I won't deny that some people might think of KTFO6 first, but I'd assume that most of those people were Floyd fans and Pac haters.

Seen the first fight many times, cant see Pacquiao winning more than one round after the 2nd round.
The 2nd fight I have to be charitable and give Pacquiao the closest rounds to score 8-4 for Marquez.
In both those fights its Marquez being very aggressive and very accurate on the counter.
The counters were landing cleaner and harder than Pacquiao's initiation of the action.
When Pacquiao landed a punch, Marquez countered it with a two cleaner punches, it was consistent like that all the way through.

    WRONG.

Everyone, fans and media, took notice of JMM's physical transformation and work w/ Memo Heredia. The shocking conclusion to their quadrilogy cemented what most suspected --- that JMM was on some serious PEDs. And if that wasn't enough, JMM showing up to the Mike Alvarado fight w/ hideous amounts of acne on his chest and bacne all but confirmed doping.

NO ONE WITH A FUNCTIONING BRAIN THINKS JMM WAS CLEAN. NO ONE!

And KTFO6* will forever come w/ an asterisk, therefore, JMM's legacy is tainted. Serves the cheater right!

That's what happens to a guy who's "legendary" career is based on steroids

Check out how he suddenly became "Super Manny" once again in their fourth fight

Marquez didn't outland Pacquiao 2 to 1. The fight was very competitive and close. I know you're not going to like hearing this but if you check compubox then Pacquiao outlanded Marquez in 7 of the 12 rounds and equaled Marquez in another. Honestly, if Marquez was landing harder then why wasn't it Pacquiao on the floor? I just watched a clip of the knockdown and Pacquiao was dropping bombs on Marquez. There was nearly a second knockdown right afterwards.
