the Eubank Jr vs Yildirim prediction thread

Incredible isn't it, Eubank was seen as a bum 5 minutes ago and now every man and his dog thinks he will beat a bloke like Yildirim and you csn bet some other quality fighters wouldn't get a result like this against Yildirim.

Not that it means anything, Yildirim could definitely win.

 

socked at one sidedness of this. if eubank wins this is a solid W. he has to win 8 rounds to get the nod in germany

 

Picking Eubank like the overwhelming majority of people, it seems. Poll probably doesn't tell the whole story. Think we'd get a fuller picture if there was a wide/close option.

I said it would be a MISMATCH and Yildrim was the weakest guy in the tournament and I was exactly correct

 

I am AMAZED so many people thought this would be a tough fight , a close fight, and some tipping Yildrim to win too.

Yildrim is an absolute BUM. Turkish fighters have always been crap.

Well i predicted Eubank would win but i never expected him to hit hard enough to do anything more than discourage the Turk from stomping forward so much. Thought Yildrim had a better chin than that, knew it would get tested and expected him to pass with flying colours.

Im still not totally sold on Eubank Jr though. I still think he struggles with the better Boxers as long as those Better Boxers can cope with the work rate.
