    Povetkin would be number 2 at the moment.

    If you want to exclude Povetkin then it would be Wilder.

    I would have said Ortiz but I'm getting the feeling his age has got up with him especially after his last two performances. So that leaves Povetkin.

    Yeah me too. I've very reluctantly bumped Wilder over Parker in my personal top heavies(H2H) Feel like Parker has regressed a bit - although he has far more room for improvement than Wilder. Although now he probably gets knocked out if they were to fight.
