i actually agree with wilder, Tyson didn't beat any world class opposition and you got to be rated on who you beat and who has beaten you remember Lucian bute everyone? the ring put him #1 in the super middleweight division AFTER andre ward beat carl froch and MK in the super 6! because apparently to them he was destroying hes opponents BUT who did he beat?, **** all! whats why you got to rate someone on who they beaten because thats the only factual physical piece of evidence you can use when you rate a fighter, i can go 30wins 30 knock outs if i just fought 30 guys in a wheelchair! but if get in the ring with mike Tyson or any other professional fighter ill get destroyed in seconds, my point is theres levels in boxing you can look fantastic against bums and your skills will be put to the test vs world class opposition in which Tyson failed every time (including losing to buster in his prime by the way)

Whether you take the most favorable reasonable interpretation of Tyson's opposition, or the least favorable reasonable interpretation, Wilder is the last man who would be in a position to criticize it!

Tyson fought guys arguably better than Wilder. Everyone starts off fighting cans, but he was fighting the top contenders the division had to offer in about a year after turning pro. From Bebrick to Douglas, that would have been a line up that would've tested any ATG heavyweight champion. I can't think of anyone who'd have had clear and easy sailing through the guys a prime Tyson beat. You can add Ruddock and Stewart for honorable mention.

Of course Tyson fought guys better than Wilder. Douglas, Biggs, Carl Williams, Tucker, Berbick, Pinklon Thomas, Tubbs, Holmes, Bruno, Ruddock, Bonecrusher Smith, and, of course, Lewis and Holyfield, are all at the very least "arguably" better than Wilder.

It wasn't just that he beat them but how they beat him. Not only that, you can ask what HOF's did Holmes beat? Dempsey? Lewis (if we're talking Prime HOF'S)? Liston (you can use the same argument for Patterson as Spinks)?

BTW, Spinks and old Holmes could possibly have beaten Wilder, truth be told.

I'm not going to bother watching this cause it will be cringe worthy and I am actually feeling sorry for him as he is losing the plot..

Too much social media for him..

So the guy with arguably the worse cv eva is shitting on someone else's cv?? Sounds fair and reasonable...

Trying to figure who exactly is the best fighter Wilder has fought? Is it Bermane Stiverne? Chris Arreola? Or maybe Audley Harrison?

I don't think he's trying to say his resume is better.
I think he's trying to say that the criticism he receives is unbalanced in the context of prior legends.

Wilder definitely receives overly harsh criticism.

Wilder is one of, if not the most exciting fighter today. He is a KO machine with some serious heart, warrior spirit, and indomitable work ethic. I favor him to KO Joshua...

What a load of ****. Wilder has fought no one in comparison with Tyson's run. Tubbs, Pinky, Spinks or Tucker would have disassembled that fraud

**** Wilder. Put Tyson through a good 8-10 week camp and Tyson would still beat him.

When your best win after 38 professional fights is Stiverne and the best you can do right now is rematch a poorer version of Stiverne you should not be criticising anybody.

This is an example of why Wilder is laughed at and ridiculed.

You need to study up on your 80's heavies.

Tubbs, Dokes, Thomas, Witherspoon, Tucker... these were Gods among men.

Anyone of them, and Coetzee, would slaughter Wilder.

Hell, I'm taking David Bey over Wilder, too.
