    crazy to hear about degale and Jack sparring but squiva Falcao is a middleweight Groves would Ko that guy clean.

    Wow thanks for identifying Falcao tho I saw that randomly before and thought he was a no one. Cox is a beast deadly left hand, think Groves will box and bang him out though

    Yes you can clearly see Cox has talent in that spar against Falcao, if he catches Groves with a sequence of shots like he dropped him with I think he'll take him out.

    No it was someone else who identified Falcao, I just read their post on another forum. I also found out some of that stuff from a thread in the British forum.

    Chudinov was getting to him and I think he would've overwhelmed him in the late rounds if didn't have such an abysmal defence.

    I still haven't got round to re-watching Groves vs Jack again but that fight was razor-close IMO and Groves could definitely have won it had he boxed a little smarter. That was Groves with Paddy Fitzpatrick in his corner too. Obviously he did really well against Froch in both their encounters as well. Beating DeGale, blasting out Paul Smith in only 2 rounds, and the win over Murray are impressive too. He's always had the talent but I think Booth was the perfect fit for him and it's a shame they went their separate ways.

    Cox was in camp with Brook (for the spence fight) and from what Ingle was saying Brook with his Jab handled him and it was good sparring. So unless he has increased his skills and can negate Groves jab and take big shots i can't see how cox can win. This fight all depends on how groves fights. If he makes it a slugfest then its a bad night for him. If he boxes at distance then he should win.
