    How the hell did he manage to find it in himself to not only get that amazing second wind but end up knocking out takam is who actually has a really good chin and is tough

    it was a brutal fight I had it very close but povetkin found it in himself to over power him

    It happens regularly in HW boxing.

    Joshua looked totally spend after round 6 and 7, and he came trough. Also watch some of Marciano's best fights.

    Soon as Povetkin stopped using the meldonium, he was laboured to 12 rounds in his last fight.

    That's why I feel bad for Takam. He got this fight in worst possible time. If that fight happened in 2012 or 2017, I think he might have won it.

    And that second wind was way less weird than Joshua and his sudden second wind he got against Wladimir after getting decked and boxed up to the point of looking DONE before his sudden burst. Odd...

    You don't know what you're talking about :) "0.00001" is from 2016 - when he was supposed to fight Wilder and when meldonium was BANNED.

    But he fought Takam in 2014 when nobody tested him for meldonium and - as Povetkin himself stated - he was taking it regularly back then. He was balls deep in meldonium back then - so were probably others like Drozd. If you believe that it's a coincidence that their career best performances came in that era... Well, OK :tiburon:
