I like Takam, but he can't fight AJ like he did Parker. In the Parker fight I felt he sat back too much which kinda goes against his natural style and strengths.

I am not saying it will happen, but potentially Takam has it in his locker to cause AJ serious problems.

Would love it. If you think it can happen bet in play. We know Joshua gasses midway. If he comes out strong, throwing loads of right hands and Takam is still there by round 5 he could catch Joshua when he's tired. It's not unthinkable. Pulev's best chance was rocking AJ with a jab and then a quick left but Takam could just whether the storm like Brezeale did.

Takam will land a few shots, but will most likely get knocked out fairly early...............

People have been questioning his chin since he turned over haven't they? I think it's not the best myself. He's only been hit off two people and look what happened.

I had a sneaky feeling for Takam he did well in parts v Parker but then I saw him next to Johnny Nelson and just thought no chance. If anything he's smaller than Nelson. I think AJ in the first half.

Despite this I can't resist putting a fiver on Takam in rounds 1-6. I was on oddschecker the other day and for some reason Skybet had that at 50/1 when all the other bookies were about half that. Ladbrokes have it 18/1. I'm going to put it on for the sheer excitement if it comes in.

Getting dropped by Klitchko doesn't mean a dodgy chin. He got dropped, got up and didn't go down again.

AJ may not have an iron chin but it's far from dodgy. He can take a good shot.

AJ is very hittable that's for sure

I can see takam walking onto something big early doors and that'll be it, 3 rounds max

helenius has a better chance of the upset

How do you know? He was stopped more than once in the amateurs wasn't he. I have only seen one of them and it wasn't me saying it was dodgy back then because I wasn't informed.

I'm just going off what I've seen. Whyte and Klitschko are the only people who've hit him and both had him one shot away from stoppage. So as I said not the best, not dodgy is surely a fair assessment.

AJ wins inside 4 takam will feel the power early and look for an out then retire on the cash

People need to make a distinction between a legit glass chin and a chinny fighter with great powers of recovery.

David Price fits into the former, AJ IMO in the latter. Clearly Joshua can be wobbled but like Fury when he was dropped hard by Cunningham, he seems to have good powers of recovery.

Takam is there for the payday, nothing else. Expect a knockdown in the first round before a second round stoppage. No chance of this being in any way competitive.

i had similar concerns about his chin, but he took some monster shots from Wlad and didnt flinch. the big problem is his engine, one big flurry seems enough to drain him for long enough for someone to hurt him and finish him. If Wlad hadn't sat back and waited for that one punch when AJ was tired, Wlad would be a 3x heavyweight champion now

Yea I don't think Big Josh has the best of chins at all but it's his engine and stamina that is the biggest danger for him
