That really pissed me off! Openly and brazenly mocking the paying audience. Saying that those who were booing are really really stupid.

They boo Hearn yet they are paying premium ticket costs to fill his pockets to support his shows.

There's something very wrong with the way Matchroom/SKY are running this show now.

There seems to be some sort of "cult of personality" surrounding the person Eddie Hearn.
Some ****ed up narcissism at work.

I like to give the man credit for being a good promoter and making big shows and big attractions but there's something sickening about the way Hearn-AJ-Bellew are patting each other on the back constantly and pushing the propaganda. Every press conference or weigh-in AJ's saying "let's give a big hand to Eddie Hearn".
Another grateful Hearn client - Carl Froch - is on the commentary too, with the awful Adam Smith.

I may owe David Haye half an apology. He was dead right when he said "everything has to be about Eddie Hearn".

David Haye was absolutely right regarding Hearn. The bloke does hour long interviews with IFL quite regularly. Kugan Cassius is another one right up his arse.

I think Hearn will let the leash off Joshua if he ever fights Fury. Build it up as Fury making the golden goose angry and bringing a side to AJ Fury doesn't want to see. Marketing gold.

He said a similar thing with the one sentence AJ said to Breazele. Let's hope there is no contract in place where Fury can't mention certain things in the pressers etc.

In regards to Bellew I can't stand him. But up until Saturday I always thought he was fairly decent and talked good sense. Unfortunately i don't think you're allowed to say it how it is in regards of AJ. Joshua is one lucky man that the heavyweight division is really **** poor. He'd have been a 'Chisora' at best 20 years ago.

There is alot of hype when Joshua fights, you expect the Eddie Hearn spiel, even the one sided commentary. Everyone tows the line, after all Sky paid for all those Mafia style suits that Bellew wears that along with that obvious chip that remains on his shoulder, not to mention Froch's reshaped hooter, thankfully the Joshua Wlad fight stopped the 'when i fought Groves on front of 80,000; recurring speech. The Sky pundits should be known as 'commentary without personality', dry, boring and bias.

I actually believe the content on IFL with Hearn has dropped a level ever since Haye made those comments.Their used to be regular updates with Hearn on IFL every week, now it is every month.Kugan has done a good job,he actually works for Boxnation which is ironic, but i cannot stand the Sky Suits,Nelson,Bellew,Froch and that **** Adam Smith

    That's a good thing.

60 minute "interviews" with Hearn on the regular? Forget that. You could do a story on his life in the same amount of time.

And why should he always be the focus? Do a 60 minute video on a club, stable, promotional outfit as a whole etc.

Andy Lee is a great commentator, seems like a very smart guy too.
I remember he used to do a lot of the commentary for rte when the Irish guys had shows on in Dublin, he was obviously great friends with all the fighters but he called it very fairly

It's more the last couple of Box Office fight, their coverage used to be very good. They forget that Boxing fans are watching it also, not just Joshua Fans.I watched the Showtime coverage and the difference between Malignaggi,Al Bernstien etc was huge, good insight, very good commentary.I expect the same for Haye Bellew 2 all that glitz and glamour, and celebrities,Hearn and Sky think that is more important than the actual undercards and matchups.[/QUOTE]
Showtime coverage was very good, called out the ridiculous stoppage.
How ever they kept going on about wilder being the heavyweight champion of the world and this monster. So they have their own bias

Spot on. Him and Froch were ridiculous. Paulie should have been on the broadcast but he was with Showtime.
