Kuzmin has never been dropped or stopped as well.Romachunk was closest to do it,he wobbled Kuzmin really bad but couldn't knock him out.
That doesn't surprise me in the slightest he looks like the stout whiskered type. I've never seen him wobbled or hurt in any of the fights of his I've seen.
This content is protected Gimbatov beat Yoka here clearly, But as per usual Yoka got the gift win. Check this out for a robbery.. unbelievable.
Kuzmin has been stopped in amateurs, after all, he was stopped by David Arshba from Azerbaijan. But Gimbatov has never been dropped or stopped in amateurs.
Gasan Gimbatov will face his stablemate Anton Dryuchin on 7 Nowember card. This will be a 4 round fight.
They fed Dryuchin to the whale and now they're feeding him to the wolves after that didn't work out as planned?
Of course, but Drychin had a stoppage losses in the amateurs, so his stoppage loss to Tormike wasn't surprise to me. They are building up Gimbatov's profile, besides Drychin and Gimbatov has the same promoter.
I thought Dryuchin was absolutely awful within seconds of seeing him in action for the first time. Gimbatov will beat him easily.
Gasan Gimbatov will fight on Povetkin's undercard on December 15. His fight with Drychin is still on.
Not likely a champion. He has fast hands, but he did not achieve the top level in the amateurs and I think lacks the fire power that is needed for his style. Povetkin is about his size, and style, but he has very good power, and take a top punch. We'll see, he is a talent for sure.
That's a good question and what makes the current crop of heavyweights actually interesting. There's parity. Maybe he could outpoint Parker or something. Plus I suspect neither Wilder or Joshua have admantium jaws.
I think some people are overrating him on here, I wouldn't put him at the same level as Hrgovic, Teslenko,Kuzmin, Dychko, Sirenko, etc.
Still hard to say what Gimbatov will do as a professional. Maybe he's the type who does better in later rounds. He hasn't been past four rounds as far as I know. He may not be an explosive puncher like Sirenko but it is possible that Gimbatov retains solid punching power throughout the fight whereas some explosive punchers shoot their wad, then actually become weak punchers.
They keep both of their fighters busy, Dryuchin had one fight prior, so at least he had some tune up.
