    Around 4:15 ish

    Doesn't sound to me like a guy who is ducking Wilder.

    He confirms that the fight has the potential to be bigger than it is currently....but understands that fans don't care about that.

    Accepts that Joshua needs to increase his profile in the US, but also points out that Wilder needs to do even more in the US.

    Claims that Wilder should be a household name in the US....and he wants him to be to make the fight even bigger.

    At this stage, Wilder seems to be deliberately pricing himself out of the fight.

    Wilder does not want to fight Joshua! Can't people understand that?! Joshua will knock Wilder out and Wilder knows it. Wilder has never fought one legit fighter period! He has knockouts because he only fights winos from the alley! Wilder will not fight Whyte, Miller, Takam, Joshua, Ruiz or anyone who can fight. He sure won't fight Povetkin or Ortiz either...................

    Maybe Wilder thought it was going to be funny and get respect with the 150 or so of his fans if he asks for 50:50. "Yes well done Deontay, you showed them what a man you are!". But with the hardcore boxing fan community, that's just a clear duck. Plain and simple.

    I think Wilder fans are just being loyal to their fellow countryman, but in the process of that they look stupid ! The facts are there with the opponents hes fought and the pay grade hes on. The country that has produced the best heavys ever is taking a battering with this boy

    K , so give him a counter offer. Make him a deal.. Ive heard no return offers from Hearn. Looks like Fast Car is going to use this 50-50 request as a get out clause.

    Of course he did. That's got to be the starting point in negotiations. You can't blame Wilder or his team for asking for 50%, no matter how unrealistic.
