Thanks for playing! The coach comments will move to the game-plan screen so it's easier to know what to do. I think you need to get to #2 in the rankings to fight the champ but beating the #2 ranked boxer should move you up to give you the opportunity. I'll look into it.

Very happy with that, not even 2 months in yet... Need to improve many aspects though to keep at that level

 

Haven't been too active on social recently, apologies about that! Time for a long overdue update.

Lets start with the positives, my downloads has continued to increase I'm now over 50,000 downloads on android and 5,000 on iOS. The audience in America has drastically grown and our reviews are still around 3.75/5 which I'm happy with. Latest release's fixed all of the known bugs which is great!

However, the negatives... Despite the increased player count, keeping players for a few days has been difficult. We are reviewing plenty on the game to try and improve this, everything from small little adjustments to wholesale changes to the tutorial.

Moving forward, we're hoping for some good updates to drop in the next couple weeks which should really improve the game. After that we'll probably target a 2nd release around December (Haye vs Bellew time), by which the game should be fully functioning and a lot more interesting to players.

I'll try and keep you all updated but for the moment we're just listening to all reviews and feedback and adjusting the game accordingly.

 

No updates for a while, the game is still growing in reach but struggling with retention and monitization.

I'm working on medium - long term plans for the moment rather than just trying to fix little bits.

Hopefully some great news coming soon.

 

Update: I'm now working with a new development team to resolve 3 issues with the existing version
1) Fight Outcome - balancing it to ensure the player has a fair chance of winning
2) Champion bug - fix existing bug
3) Coach Comments - Moving them to the game-plan screen
This update will be released in the next 1-2 weeks.

Further update: I've created a 93-page design document for future updates on The Boxing Promoter, this is currently with 3/4 development teams who are going to issue quotes. These updates would take the game to the next level but realistically I'm going to require some large investments to make it happen.

Sorry for the delays in updates and information, I am still working hard on improving this game but just have to overcome some hurdles.

 

We're BACK baby!

Big news... Delighted to announce a 3-month agreement with Digital Aptech who will be building a version 2 of The Boxing Promoter. The main two updates are;

1) Packs system
2) Create a boxing show

I will explain more about these and other updates over the coming weeks.

In addition to this María José Barros will be taking over character art for the next release of The Boxing Promoter, she will breed life into every single individual within the game.
