Is Lomachenko overrated?

Look it's the same as with every fighter, it depends who is rating him. I think technically he is probably the best and most complete fighter alive. His achievements in that space of fights is very impressive and I think he'll only go on to better that body of work. All the same, he hasn't done enough YET to be seen as an ATG at all. He has some very good wins, but he doesn't have a great win and the size difference between him and Rigo prevents it from being a great win. Do I think potentially he could be an ATG? I'd be surprised if he doesn't turn out to be one, but he hasn't done it yet

Jokes aside, grades smades. When it comes to academics then in my own experience, I dont think a string of A*s equates to being correct. Its more a reflection of being in the right time and place and reason and motives to put the necessary study in for them. Having said that I dont have a lot of exp with arts subjects, maybe they are different.


The exception I do know of is maths students - some people just rock at maths almost naturally. They can be scary.


More to the point, I got top grades in school english exams but they dont really have much bearing on my spelling today - in ways my spelling has deteriorated significantly since then, outside spelling medical products of course. My certificate in English L and Lit seem superfluous to my needs now, and are half a lifetime away anyway.
