I think he is a really accomplished HW.
There are many on ESB who are fooled by KOs and undefeated records especially at HW, but Pulev is more boxer mover. I was one of the few who felt it was a tougher better match up than Ortiz, but Ortiz has an 0 and KO% that fans forget how some of the fights have looked.

I would guess that Pulev could be one of those HWs that dont get recognition but are deemed to high risk to little reward.
I think Pulev would have a good chance against Wilder and would possibly beat Parker. I am not sure that Pulev will get too many opportunities
