    1st punching bags don't hit back. 2nd, what looks fast against a stationary target, doesn't equate to a live body, fighting back. 3rd, did he ever look fast in a live fight, even in his prime. Hell, I look quick at 55 yrs old hitting a punching bag. And that means absolutely nothing.

    One thing that Chris Byrd commented on, was that he was shocked at Vitally's speed and coordination in such a big fighter.

    Yeah, I know how punching bags work and I understand the difference between punching stationary and moving targets. But if you’re saying that Vitali’s handspeed in this clip isn’t surprising or at least somewhat impressive, I bet you’re in a pretty small minority on this one.
