    Kovalev
    Stevenson
    Badou Jack
    Eleider Alvarez
    Gvozdyk
    Beterbiev
    Dmitry Bivol

Now I think Yarde has talent but the LHW division is stacked! I don't see how he wins a world title?...

I can't honestly say I would pick him against any of them. He's looked good so far but against very limited opp

people have bought into the hype a little to much, its the same with dubouis, its like frank warren and BT are trying to create their own AJ like hype train, but yarde and dubois have not beaten anyone of any note, if they knocked out top 10/15 oppooents then you have to say fair play but until they get a worthy win they are nothing more than prospects.

something about his matchmaking tells me he has a weak chin. cause his handlers seem desperate to Keep him away from anyone who can Punch even just a Little bit.

Yeah, The hype and the resume dont correlate at all. He does have very limited amateur experience but he has hardly stepped up his level of opposition at all.

I can forgive him slightly as he needs experience and better fights but I personally lost abit of interest in Yarde when he was calling out Buglioni then refused to face the eliminator in Burton.

As a personality i also find him hard to warm to... similar to Dubois. I think he is just a shy kid infront of the career but think he should of staying with GB longer and turned pro about 23-24

I was watching a boxing gossip q&a and someone asked him about Yarde in relation to Kovalev becoming WBO champion.

He speculated that FW may start taking Yarde another route and not via the WBO... You have to imagine that Kovalev only has a couple more years left but it's hard to see Yarde having a hope against Kovalev. (its a joke he is ranked #5 as it is)

Then again which is the best route to a title maybe stevenson?

He might have a chance against some of them, but basically I'd pick every single one of those names to beat him, and some brutally.

He's a talent, but as with Joshua, i worry the longer the fight goes on - when up against good opponents, that body builder frame will cause him to tire.

Its impossible to judge Yarde and you have to say all the above beat him. Im yet to buy into the hype and wont until he faces a legit opponent. His next fight is a good step up though. 2018 he should be getting onto the World title picture then 2019 going after a belt.

Dubois i think wont step up until 2020

Im not that familar with Alvarez but it’s way to early for Yarde to be judged against any of those guys.

After this next fight, I hope Frank can take find a way of getting past this Hosea Burton/Johnson nonsense and try to get Yarde the Buglioni fight which should be Anthony’s next move. Johnson is a sick note and it doesn’t appear the the Rescheduled fight has been confirmed yet for Feb so maybe frank can put pressure on the board.

Why do you want him to skip over Burton though?

I rate Burton higher than Buglioni personally but he is the champion why should Yarde get the champion while flat out refusing to beat the men inbetween.

Well it' hard to say. He might turn out great . He's pretty green with lots of talent and athletic ability

Let's see how handles a decent fighter first then we can comment. Very early days either way
