Turns out that Charr was born in Lebanon and does not yet hold a German citizenship.

Doesn't really matter what Oquendo claims though he isn't the WBA, the WBA decides who their champions are not Oquendo.

As for Charr, yeah he didn't deserve a shot at a title even the WBA mickey mouse belt for boxers with special needs. Neither does Oquendo to be fair, he seems to do all his fighting in the court room these days.
