Im not Polish, but i am slowly beginning to become a fan of Tommy Adamek, i havent seen much of DM, but the one highlight video i saw of him on this thread i admit, im impressed I wish TA all the best in the future, this is a guy who fights anyone and everyone he's what 2-3 weight world champion? Boxing needs more people like him. I feel this guy deserves a heavyweight title shot, more so than David Haye
My P4P Ranking: 1. Adamek and Michalczewski (tiebreaker only until until Michalczewski gets elected to the International Boxing Hall of Fame) 2. Wlodarczyk 3. Golota 4. Fonfara 5. Glowacki (this could easily change depending on how Glowacki's career pans out) *In general, this was a rather tough ranking to devise simply because it's hard to evaluate based on a relatively short stint in the prize ring compared to other nations. The real talents out of Poland are coming out just now (Szymanski and Sulecki) and that's the very reason it'd be difficult to do a comprehensive Top 10. The reason I said that Michalczewski will surpass Adamek for the top spot if the former gets chosen for the Hall of Fame in Canastota is because he'd be the first and likely only Pole to hold the distinct honor. I was still nice to Michalczewski to even rank him because many fans haven't forgiven him for fighting under the German flag most of his career (only his final four bouts were fought for Poland). But still, he'd enter the Hall representing both nations so for me that'd be the deal breaker because like I said, he'd be the first and likely only Pole to get elevated.
The best polish boxer in history is probably Jerzy Kulej, double golden olympic medalist If only professional counts - Dariusz Michalczewski
