That was an exhibition at the garden, a clinic on Rigondeaux! Completely shut him down! That footwork & upper body movement!! Loma was styling on that dude! It's a symphony, it's like watching a painter paint his masterpiece! He's ridiculous.. We are lucky to have him. In eleven fights he's made four men quit & took 3 men's '0'.. He's probably going to be a 3 weight champion by 13 fights as Arum has stated that in 2018 he's going to Lightweight. You are looking at an ATG.. A class act in & out of the ring, don't hate, appreciate. Now bring on Garcia.. #teamnomas Peace
I agree with everything you said, except the Salido ship has sailed at this point. I knew when they announced the Roman fight that Salido would get wrecked by the younger version of himself, and he was... brutally and following his first KO loss in a decade, Siri retired last night.
The greatest talent of all time. If he retired now I'd say he was the most skilled fighter I ever saw.
I had no idea, I haven't caught up on all the results yet. Respect to Salido then. Hard fighter, good career. #Garcianextthen
Watching him going through the gears as the fight progresses is a thing of beauty! Did you all see him bossing the ref in there too??? Lol get this dude off me bro... Salido lessons learned!
I had everything on Loma. Thought the odds should have been about 6 to 1 or 8 to 1 for LOma. Instead it was about 1 to 3 or 4. No way they would have given it to Rigo if the rounds were close anyways.
It's his footwork! He actually was a ballet dancer prior to boxing lol maybe that is a new niche for boxers to add to there training regime lol he's a maverick, a one off..
I'm as big a Loma fanboy as anyone, but no I wasn't excited by his performance last night. Rigo didn't put up enough resistance to allow Loma to bring out his best and put on an impressive, dazzling, creative performance. The Sosa fight remains to me by far his most brilliant, complete display. And big credit has to go to Sosa's toughness as well as solid skill for bringing that out of Loma. And let's not conflate the way Sosa's corner stopped that fight with the pathetic quit job of Rigo!
Lomachenko is a joy to watch and if you are a boxing fan then you have to be a Loma fan, after the boring Mayweather era ending on a joke 50th fight thank God we have Loma to give boxing the shot in the arm it desperatley needed after being drained by Floyd
His dad made him do a year of ballet before he took up boxing lol. I think most young lads would've sacked it off there and than !
