With success comes hate... Canelo is the biggest draw in boxing, but because of the fan base of his biggest rival, he's also the most hated in boxing as well. Canelo will win the rematch fair and square and will still get no credit.
He could do as he really impressed me against GGG but to do that he needs to find another 20% and that’s suggesting GGG starts off slow again. Canelo has the skills already for his camp he’d be better served going running each day to get that cardio up somehow cause it’s a fact that kid just gasses as even Hopkins alluded to.
I think it has more to do with his muscular build. I always felt that he would have issues with stamina as he moved up in weight and got older. Cotto used to have bad stamina, he used to gas out by the 9th, but he was able to improve his stamina significantly enough to fight on his toes for 12 RDS.
