Post after post I read the same thing Pavlik beats Joe C and I agree. I think Joe C is a rung below Jermian Taylor in terms of boxing ability and two rungs below him in the athletic dept. Kelly by KO so says the the hardcore fan.

They're still snoozing across the Atlantic .. it's ESB .. it will be JC 3-1 before all is said and done ... prior polls predict it .. you know that .. in this world, Klitschko is greater than Ali ... Calzaghe is a toss-up versus RJJ ... Hatton is greater than Mayweather - Cortez screwed Ricky .. Kessler is better than Hopkins ... Taylor is a chump, Miranda is 'C' class, etc., etc.

Lockett was overwhelmed, like it expected. Enzo is not that big of an idiot, good call on that towel throw.

I would pick Calzaghe with no second thought. This is a hype fight. Nothing else.

Calzaghe UD. Between 160 and 175 I think its Dawson that style wise gives Joe the most trouble, but id still pick Joe to beat him over 12.

As for Pavlik, although i am a fan of his style and personality, ability wise joe is on another level, JC has fougt bigger men through out his career, remained undefeated, and always excelled against the comeforeward power punchers. Stye wise its an easy fight for Calzaghe.

Saying that it is one of the best fight pound for pound right now ad must happen.

Joe Is going to splatter Pavlik.

Pavlik's a strong come forward fighter who without his size and strength Is nothing special.

Joe will splatter him and Loew will have to throw the towel In.

    A bit over the top.

Calzaghe is getting very old now and he'll need to do something big to get the win here.

Even if JC wins (which i think at this point he probably would), he isn't going to be "splattering" anyone. Chances are he will be on the receiving end of the bigger punches.

Pavlik and cal are two of my fave boxers, i see cal simply outboxing him tho, pavliks main offence is his big straight 1-2's, no way on earth is joe getting caught with them, maybe one or two early, then he will see them coming a mile.
