I think a prime Curry would win on points.

No one is getting stopped here. A distance fight for sure. Curry on points.

Curry at his best was on another level from most Welterweights.

The best version of Curry beats the best of Quartey. Quartey had a great jab, but the rest of his game seemed very mechanical whereas Curry seamlessly transitioned from offense to defense.

Curry knocks Ike down a few times en route to a decision win.

Don Curry at his best had few flaws. He was once on the P4P list and the
Honeyghan fight was a final warm up for a Hagler superfight. However
managerial and weight problems marred his preparation and the fight
ruined him. Quartey had a great jab but it takes more than that to
defeat a well rounded Curry. Curry on pts.
Footnote. How Curry is not in the Hall of Fame is a travesty .
    Ray Mancini is in please.

With Curry, people only remember the post welterweight days and the defeats.
