Seen this fights just been announced for Dodds Commonwealth belt, it's on Amir Khan undercard. I think this will be a really good fight, two guys who are entertaining and give their all (not world beaters but good to watch). What's peoples thoughts on this match up ?

Everything will be left in the ring for this one. Blood sweat and tears. A proper fight as opposed to a boxing match. These two along with the likes of Liam Smith and Sam Eggington aren’t the most talented but they’re great to watch. When they fight you know it’s going to be a fight.

I like this fight, it is a good match-up, i have to admit i never liked watching Dodd, but he has grown on me. He tries hard, he is humble and comes across a really likable guy. His opponents think he is easy to beat but he has come on a great deal. He keeps on winning and proving alot of people wrong. Both Coyle and Dodd will put on an entertaining fight, i am certainly looking forward to this one.

Yep, like it. Two very limited but committed fighters. Coyle seems a lovely fella as well, as does Dodd.

I agree. Thing I like about this fight is its one that you feel is a banker for a good entertaining fight and the sort of fight that can bail a bill out when bigger more glamourous fights don' live up to expectations. Be shocked if anyone wins by stoppage, expect a 12 round battle.

Good to see coyle at 135 again.
I really like both these guys. They are both hard working.
Coyles been itching to pick up a britsh or commonwealth for some time now. This is a winnable fight for him but there again masher keeps suprising us.
    Looking fwd to this

If Dodd wins, I'd like to see him try and get a European title shot, something like that. He will have had a good few wins for the commonwealth belt, so be nice to see him challenge a little higher for all the hard work he's put in.

Yes!! A 12 round war. Got a huge soft spot for Masher. Loads of enthusiasm and fights like he’s got nothing to lose. I’m going for Dodd by decision.

I reckon Dodd will get to Coyle's body at some point, Coyle will hit the canvas at least one imo. Either a Dodd points win or Dodd late stoppage.
