Any long time champ who makes many many defences deserves respect. For many years boxing didnt seem to cross over in the same way it does now and many very good fighters who had many good defences didnt get the credit they deserved. A few that seem very underrated to me Michalczewski, Ottke, Grigorian, Eubank. All won many world title fights against good opposition. Some you will probably not agree with
