Joe Frazier watches Mike Tyson spar

He is thinking 'I would do him'. The correct thought of the man who won the fight of the century.

 

Every champion has to think like that no doubt Frazier did but.....at the same time he had to be impressed with Tyson's power, speed and strength.....Tyson was impressive a pitbull of muscle and all the ability to go with the look....but champions like Frazier don't look at guys like Tyson and think they can't win he did after all try to avenge the Foreman loss they think about how to win.

 

Tyson couldn't deal with the type of pressure and adversity Frazier was used to persevering through. I legitmately think, if matched prime for prime, either Tyson gets him out of there after landing the perfect shot, but I tend to think most of the time Frazier weathers any type of early storm, and after that it's just a matter of time until Fraziers smoke becomes too much.

Frazier didn't have a long prime, but the way he chewed up exceptional fighters like Jerry Quarry, a guy who himself was blowing out the biggest, baddest most powerful punchers of his time in Mac Foster and Earnie Shavers and whom proved himself better than respected fighters like Ken Norton... Joe was a machine in his prime.
