I'll be damned, there's a few actual tough calls there. I'm shocked!

 

Personally I wouldn't, Perez dropping Salido was probably a fluke, Roman beat Nery Sanguilan a few mornths before the Salido match, and he's probably a tougher match for Mickey than Perez would be, this is a stay busy fight, nothing more.

 

He's not over the hill IMO, its just that he took on two really hard puncher's back to back, which blunted a lot of his typical aggression, and he still managed to have quite a few moments of success against both Briedis and Kudryashov. When Makabu-Durodola was on I was leaning Ola, who knows how good Gevor's chin is, we know Durodola's is very solid, probably solid enough to walk through anything Gevor throws at him to land his bombs, I still view this as a 50/50 match, my only fear is that it goes the distance, Gevor will get the decision regardless.
