Roy Jones Jr vs Julian Jackson @160

RJJ (no I am not a fan...not even close) literally embarrasses him for like 5-7 rounds before the the fight is stopped

 

Wonder if the 160 lb Jackson would have the opportunity to
test Roy's crystal chin?

 

Jones would knock him out.

 

It would be similar to Jackson v Bomber Graham , but with out Jackson landing a ko punch .Jones would be confident here. , whipping his jab in to Jackson s face until his eye is shut tight .Then at some point before the fifth , Jones would deliver the ko punch .

 

Cmon... At 160 jones was better than Jackson and Julian was not the same puncher that he was at 154 for example

 

Jackson doesnt land against a prime Jones and is brutally stopped around the 5th.

 

Jones inside 8 and rather easily.
BUT what makes the fight watchable is that at anytime Jackson could put Jones to sleep if he landed the bomb.

 

Roy didn' have an iron chin but not a glass one either, his defensive skills were phenomenal which spells doom for Jackson.

Roy would beat him down in every single round for about 3 rounds before he knocks Jackson out cold, if he beat prime James toney and vinny paz in style and bernard Hopkins with one broken hand before the fight even started imagine what he would do to Jackson

 

Jones by mid rounds stoppage.

 

I guess this one could have happened but by the time Roy was ready for a title shot in 1993, Jackson was getting knocked out by McClellan.

Unless Jackson could land a huge single punch to Jones's chin, then it would be an easy night for Roy. I say on points though rather than a KO as Roy would be too wary of Jackson's power to risk it.

Roy lights Jackson up horribly.

 

Come on people, you can never count out a puncher, I would still pick Jones to win, but you can't count out someone with that kind of power.
