A prime George Foreman? Could he make it past 5 or does it end much earlier?

He has always had a very upright style. The Foreman who beat Norton and Frazier gets rid of Briggs inside 3

    Foreman KO2

Briggs couldn't beat the oldest and slowest Foreman ever. Now imagine Big George from 73-74. It's complete blowout

I envision it looking alot like liston vs williams or could be like foreman vs Lyle. Shannon has alot of authority behind those punches. It would be a short interesting fight that foreman would inevitably win.

Prime George was an entirely different animal from an old, peckish Vitali who never sat down on his shots later in his career regardless.

We've seen Briggs taken out multiple times by completely different levels of fighter. I don't know what would make a KO2 or 3 for Foreman an unrealistic pick.

It could actually turn in to something like Lewis v Brigg's .Foreman coming out blasting ,hurting Brigg's but.been caught himself and rocked.
But prime George hits back hard and drops Shannon repeatedly.
A hectic 2 or 3 rounds is my prediction.

Briggs is as tough as they come. I wouldn't be particularly surprised if he made it to the end of a bout with prime Foreman. He'd be a mess though.

A short brutal war Briggs would go for it maybe even stun George but then gets sparked.good fight.

Even at his worst Foreman was WAY better than Briggs could've ever dreamed of.

Foremans worst moments include loss to skilled Jimmy Young and being dropped twice by top-contender Ron Lyle in a war he won.

Briggs on the other hand had much worse moments: he was utterly destroyed in 3 by Darroll Wilson, completely schooled and dropped by Jameel McCline, outboxed by 8-8 Cedrick Fields and took a beating and got an undeserved draw vs Francois Botha.

Completely different levels of fighter, people are taking a look at Brigg's absurb KO ratio and KO1 stoppages and equating that to him being some kind of beast.

    He wasn't.
