Holman Williams had the rising jab. Brought it up from the waist. Like getting hit with a back handed uppercut.

I like Hearns, Hagler, Monzon, SRR and Giardello off the top of my head.

Randy Turpin had a nasty, awkward, powerful jab that was like getting hit with a right hand. He brought alot of speed with it as well. Not an easy guy to prepare for.

Monzon, Golovkin, cotto(if you consider him a middleweight, he had a great jab. Same goes for Ike quarter who fought at 160 for a while), Jermain taylor, winky wright.

Srr, Hopkins, Pavlik, Nunn, hearns,Dell hoya and McClellan could also use the jab very well

I wasn’t sure if Quartey campaigned at MW (certainly wasn’t his best weight) but he had an amazing jab. Hearns and Hagler also had some of the best jabs in the business. Hearns worked the ring with his jab like no one else could.

Certainly not the best, but Bernard Hopkins was capable of controlling a fight with his jab before he got older. Jermaine Taylor also had an excellent jab, although I think he tended to under use it over long stretches.
