Yeah I debated about that. If Miller fights and beats Duhaupas next then I'd have him take the 10th spot. I put Bellew in 10th because I think his win over even a shot Haye is better than Miller's win over Washington who isn't much better than Charles Martin in my opinion and Wach, Wach has always been garbage.

I don't know why people put Fury up there, if he's been inactive for over 2 years now. Kownacki lacks sound defensive game to compete in top 10 - anyone with decent physicality will end him inside 4 rounds.
I'd ditto this with maybe Takam somewhere in the last 4. Hughie Fury and Ruiz lingering just outside. Usyk, Gassiev and maybe Dychko + a few other recently turned pro are lurking ... not likely to fight any of these in the near future, but quite likely to take a win when/if they eventually do so.
