WHAT ABOUT TARVER.....Calzaghe is a fraud!

thanks, anyway i was perhaps one of the minority of people who don't agreed with hopkins being name as the man after beating tarver. Tarver has got that history of winning one then losing eventually against big name opponents. Jones and glen johnson won their first fight against tarver for example.

 

IMO Calzaghe should fight Dawson he's the only fight left for him to take IMO.

 

Right now, i think Tarver is the best LHW out there. He looked like the Tarver who beat RJJ against Woods. His hand speed, foot speed, and overall movement was much better than in his previous few fights.

I know why Dawson isn't fighting Tarver because he would go to sleep without a doubt from that straight left hand of Tarver's.

 

Tarver is the one who hasn't mentioned Dawson's name.:deal Chad has said several time sthat he would fight Tarver.

At the post fight interview AND post fight conference, Tarver said he wanted Dawson. And he said that based on the April 12th performance, he knew he could put Dawson to sleep. And he can. Dawson is the guy who didn't even mention Tarver after the fight.

 

I don't care what you have done to calzaghe's resume. He has fought no one to merit talk of a ATG.

Tarver is the top LHW. Dawson is ducking him, he beat the top guys in the division, who stands above him, certainly not Dawson (not yet).

Calzaghe is the man in 168, a weak division. He is not the man at 175. Tarver is the man, followed by Dawson, then Johnson and the rest is below them. Those three guys are the cream of the LHW crop and they were so even after B-Hop beat Tarver.

If Tarver "aint ****" why is Calzaghe scared to fight him. He made a damn agreement to fight Woods if he beat Tarver, but he won't fight Tarver after he clearly outclassed Woods. Calzaghe aint ****.

 

to be the man, you've got to beat the man, something which calzaghe just did, something that tarver hasn't done recently to claim top spot.

B-Hop had a belt at 175, the Ring Belt, he fought Calzaghe and outclassed him and lost a decision. How does that make him the man in the division? He doesn't have the linear title Erdei does. So tell me, what claim does he have to say he is the man in the division besides the Ring belt.

I'm not changing the rules at all man, just bringing some reality to the conversation. Calzaghe is nowhere near the top dog in the division.

 

Why would Calzaghe fight Woods if he beat Tarver, but not fight Tarver after he dominated Woods? The answer is quite clear. Fear.

surely calzaghe fans would want calzaghe to fight tarver, am i right?:roll: or would they rather have their man fight an old jones who was tarver's leftover

 

there is the small matter of the pavlik fight being discussed.

 

I would assume his fans would prefer he fought neither.
