You mean that thing that Ray Robinson, Henry Armstrong, Harry Greb, Micky Walker, Roberto Duran, Ray Leonard, Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Bob Fitzsimmons, Pernell Whitaker, Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Mayweather, and Manny Pacquiao are all known for?

Not quite a lot of the guys you named beat the top guys in the weight division they moved up in, where talking about times where there were only 1 or 2 belts not this 4 belt crap. So guys like Loma, Garcia, Inoue moving up in weight to beat a title holder is nowhere near the same as what a SRR, Armstrong or Pernell or even Manny did.

Inoue, probably by late TKO, or close UD.

i don't care either way but gut says Inouye over Ringvisai. simply a more skilled boxer that can match him physically.

Wouldn't say it was THAT close 6-6 is a big stretch, anything between 7-5 and 8-4 to runvisai is correct
