Ritson-Cardle added to Whyte-Browne card

Yes. I like Ritson. Not sure how far he will go but easily one of my favourite fighters in the UK to watch. Can't see Cardle handling him, could be British outright by year end. Very impressive then on the European level or faded ex-world champs.

 

Good to keep the momentum going after a great win the other week.

 

Ritson will walk through cardle no problem.

 

This is what I think will happen. Cardle will try being elusive might get some success early but I think Ritson will work him out and stop him in second half of the fight. Cardle moves alot but I always feel his defensive technique is very poor.

 

I cannot yet see any flaws in Ritson. I know he’s fighting at domestic level at the minute, but you can still normally spot little weaknesses even at this stage that they need to work on.

 

I agree he's been very impressive. Had to work hard coming through small hall shows and having normal jobs, it's certainly worked for him. I know @billy nelson always thought very highly of him when he trained him and since in fairness, and thought he could go to the top. I have a feeling he might too. It's not the fact he beat Barrett and Murray it's the way he beat them (looked levels above) that really impressed me.

 

I'd say so. Cardle is pretty much all bluster.

 

I'm not sure cardle fancies the fight, he's already turned it down once.

I think his coach might not fancy it. I also have s feelungnthevwsy Eddie Hearn was talking if Cardle turned it down he wouldn't have been a Matchroom fighter any longer.

 

Cardle was at that NXTGen show and gave an IFL interview straight after Ritson won, he clearly wants the fight. I think Ritson beats him like everyone else here.

That Whyte-Brown show is shaping up really well. Buglioni-Johnson as chief support and the main event could be explosive. Proper excited for it and regretting now trying to get tickets now

 

I think your right, Gallagher knows cardle would take a beating.

 

Cardle is an overachiever his lack of real firepower and tendency to cut means most fights are going to be tough .Becoming British champion was amazing and more power to him sadly this isn't a good fight for Scottie don't give him much of a chance.

Cardle got way to much hype and TV fights when other much better fighters didn't which I didn't get he was terrible hearn was really trying to keep him in winnable fights but he couldn't and that shos just how poor he really is and ritson should win easy imo Murray would beat cardle
