Joshua sees Wilder as a "Very straight forward fight"

I expect Joshua to have the heart and Chin to get up from any early Knockdown. However, Joshua will lose due to Stamina by Late round stoppage

Wilder better not look hurt at any moment even like in the Ortiz fight, otherwise he will get stopped by the merciful Ref...They better focus on the ref more than the judges or anything else

 

It is a straight forward fight, do what you do and you will win the rounds against Wilder just make sure to not get knocked out by that right hand. Even Wilders fans say he isnt looking to win round by round he is just looking to keep throwing those bombs until one connects so are they saying anything different to Joshua? Apart from who wins ofcourse. Joshua isnt quite sure what Parker is going to try. Wilder does the exact same thing every time.

 

Joshua only chance is to go King kong on Wilder early, logic says Wilder stops a gassed out Joshua in the later rounds.

Joshua never been stopped before, so not sure what the early KO prediction is based on?

That is exactly what I think Joshua will try and do - he sort of does that as standard doesn't he? I think he'd definatately try and blast Wilder out early though. But I'd say this is definitely a whoever lands hard first fight.

 

No one has said they think Wilder takes out AJ early (in this thread at least).

I would be predicting Wilder to get to AJ between rounds 7-10. Thats when the fight slows down, and thats when Wilder will find that punch. Until then AJ should be on top, out boxing him and out working him, much like Ortiz was able to do.

But yes, when Wilder lands that punch in the mid to late rounds, it is all over.

Wilder always has a chance with his windmill power. But Joshua can box, has great power and isn't a near 50 year old heart patient (who Wilder went life and death with).

Not a straightforward fight but one i'd totally expect Joshua to win by mid round ktfo.

But i'd much rather watch Fury comeback and fight Wilder. Wilder looks gormless at the best of times but Fury would outbox him into a permanent wtf look.

Getting hit too hard also can destroy a boxers thinking, theres nothing straight forward about dealing with that. There is no textbook you can read to find answers for that. Wilder made an easily correctable mistake in round 7 against Ortiz, but i am glad he went through that than learning nothing from another washout. Wilder has options and more paths to victory against AJ. His team just has a gameplan that is more cautious than it needed to be.

AJ has Parker problems though and with tougher fights flaws will be exposed.0

Apparently none of that out-boxing stuff matters because Wilder's windmill beats boxing Skill, Boxing Skill+Power, etc., If people are saying Wilder beats Joshua who is much better skilled and hits just as hard, then no one's going to give Fury a chance who is just a great boxer with moderate pop. Stupid I know.

 

If I was Anthony Joshua I'd be concentrating on the guy I am fighting in 3 weeks time.
