The director of SMRTL, a WADA accredited lab contracted by VADA.

Neither WADA or VADA have come out against the findings, or the director, and WADA has not removed SMRTL credentials, so looks like the director has not done anything wrong contrary to what you and some of the haters believe.

That is three agencies with a lot to lose over one person. Canelo is not that powerful. Get a ****ing grip uys.

we thought the golden boy would help clean up the sport after he removed richard schaeffer and his gang but it is all the same. money always find a way to corrupt new commers and it seems worst than before. it is now hopelessness unless ggg will do something about it.

Fair enough. If it really cycles in 1 week, you are correct. Do you think Canelo was using Clenbuterol as a masking agent or was he reaping the benefits of Clenbuterol? Isn't Clenbuterol used for weight loss or something?

Correction, as long as you dont fail the ones before or after AND if you do fail the findings are consistent with consuming contaminated meat.

The WADA quote those hanging on to this 'consistent with contaminated meat' fans are choosing to ignore:

"Just because it's small doesn't mean it's not doping," WADA's Christiane Ayotte told the New York Times. "This is just the dopers adjusting or mis-adjusting to the testing."

 Do you realise how ridiculous that sounds? Have you any idea?

You can only perform a test BEFORE or AFTER or are you suggesting testing DURING a fight LOL

Even by your logic, The minute they tested Canelo means it was BEFORE, what's the point of a test if the results do not matter?

FFS, there trolling and then there just stupidity and I'm not sure what you're up to with that quote.

Meldonium is not a masking agent and you cannot produce anything from any credible source that corroborates that statement. Posters have taken their time to explain that the levels in Alvarez' blood were far to high for contaminated meat consumption and they have provided sources yet you ignore this and continue building straw men arguement and moving the goal posts.

This is what the Canelitas and proxy Alvarez fans keep ignoring or as one especially special case says "sticking to his guns".

The lab director sent Golden Boy a letter with a built in excuse on why Canelo failed a test?
Their job is to test and that's it. Let VADA and WBC handle the rest.

I see this lab director previously worked for USADA.

What are you even talking about?

He passed all his tests prior to the two he failed within a couple days of each one. He has passed all his tests since testing negative. The lab director stated that the values found were consistent with consumption of contaminated meat.

All indicators that he was not taking anything prior to or after those two tests that came back negative with a day or two of each one.

Like I said, I thought I read it years ago when Pedvetkin was busted. Either way it's a PED. Fighters wouldn't use it if it had no benefits. I'm guessing before you got banned you were one of the morons defending Povetkin? There's an excuses for Alvarez using it. Also no one has provided a source. What are you talking about? Also what goal post am I moving exactly? I just found it ironic how a guy who defended Povetkin non-stop is going crazy over clenbuterol.

Here's a source. This source says this is the expected amount from meat contamination.

Great logic. Fighters use a lot of workout supplements that have benefits on performance. Does that mean that they are PEDs too? The answer is no, genius.

Meldonium has the exact same benefits on performance as the supplement named L-Carnitine which is legal and used by Western athletes. The only reason meldonium was put on the PEDs list is politics because Russian athletes used that traditionally.

It's no surprise the same PED apologists that supported steroids and IV use, are here defending Clenelo.
