My vote would be for Foreman vs Holyfield, Big Goerge took about 80 punches which would have knocked anyone else out, he was shook and hurt a few times but only after Holyfield landed about 10 flush punches in the space of 5 seconds

How Shannon Briggs took the full 12 rounds vs Vitaly Klitschko was sickening. I know Briggs had been stopped before, but the toughness Briggs displayed in that fight to be totally outclassed, beat up and decked multiple times in every round, and still stay on his feet for the full 12 rounds was something else.

It was more toughens than Vitali Klitschko showed when he quit on his chair against a puffed up light heavy weight non-puncher.

Briggs had 2 cheekbone fractures, broken nose, torn bicep, severe concussion, was in intensive care, spent 2 weeks in hospital and didn't have another fight for 3 1/2 years, he's lucky he wasn't killed.

Yeah that was sickening, can't believe Briggs took all that punishment, he might not have had the best chin as he's been stopped before, but he definitely took one of the worst beatings without quitting or folding that I've ever seen.

Hard to pick one display of an epic chin, so many examples.

Holyfield's chin vs Bowe in the first fight, sure he went down but damn he took so many huge shots and then turned it around.

Mercer vs Lewis, he ate a bunch of uppercuts that had Vitali hanging on and barely blinked. Offensively one of Lewis' best performances the combinations he threw were immense, yet Mercer took them without flinching and Lewis was a seriously hard puncher.

Froch/Groves 1, how on earth did he get up from that right hand? Then in the 6th he easily took over a dozen flush right hands, often in combination and came back to hurt Groves at the end of the round.

Toney's campaign at heavyweight. He has no business fighting guys that big, yet never been stopped and it's not like he hasn't fought big hitters at heavyweight. Even now when clearly shot and losing to journeymen he still hasn't been stopped.

Ike Ibeabuchi vs Tua. Tua might have been the biggest hitter of his era but Ike the crazy mofo took em all and fired back.

Ever see the brutal trashing Groves put on old man Johnson? Difference there is Groves has serious power whereas Vitali doesn't.

Cobb against Holmes. 15 rounds of consistently eating flush shots and Ol’ Tex never stopped coming forward.

Sounds ironic but how about Khan in round 10 against Maidana. A glass chinned warrior surviving a whole round onslaught against a massive puncher. Definitely very impressive and one of the most impressive survivals in recent years.

    1. Marius's Wach vs Klitchko( Wach was busted for PEDs but those shots would have toppled anyone with number of flush ones he took ).

    2. Mike Tyson vs Razor Ruddock in both fights Tyson walked right through crushing shots like nothing. These were shots that comatosed fighters.

    3. Foreman vs Holyfield....Foreman was rocked only once in that entire punch count also withstood 15 plus punch combo. Holyfield hit hit with everything but a bat.
