    No, he's not the one behind VADA nor is he a part of it. Though Conte did consult early on afaik. Margaret Goodman, aka ex NSAC doctor started VADA with Don Catlin. You should google Catlin. He's the godfather of US antidoping, there is no one more formidable on the planet.

    Catlin was also originally the doctor that for the film Icarus, but he then turned them onto Rodchenkov.
