I have lose about 10 pounds to make weight for a fight in 11 days. Is this possible? I know many will say it will zap my power. That may be but i have fought this guy before and dismantled him and know i can tactically break him down. i just need to make the weight. Are there ay exercises or anythig i can do to help me get there?
Keep your body burning calories. Workout in the morning and the evening. Also, cut out sugar and cut back on salt. No junk food, no soda etc.
Dont even drink Juice, keep it to water Make sure you run in the morning mix in a light work out between your road work and your gym time. Good luck
LMAO that it sooo ez. i did that many timesfor wrestling. first of all start eating very lifhglt for the next 9 days. and runa lot. day befoe way ins unil weighins dont eat or drink anything and wear a ruber suit all day long undersweats and a jacket. If your stil now down run. and actually wacing off in the suit makes u lose weight to because you will sweat alot.
Ride a bike, you'll burn up calories like a flamethrower!! lol I lost 6 kgs in two days!! Also no junk food and drinks, eat lots of fruits and salads.
i used laxatives b4 wouldnt recommend it tho cant train so eat very little stick to single digit calorie veg like celery n carrots an train n stay active as much as possible
It's true. My weight was 70 kgs and after those two days (I ate only fruits and salads and rode my bike for about 3 hours a day) my weight was only 64, I sayed: wtf lol..
wear a sweat suit when training, I would even go as far to say to wear it in a sauna for a while, but make sure somebody is keeping an eye on ya! oh another tip for ya!! dnt leave it soo late to get in shape!
No it's not. You should drink some water. Like viru$ said 6 kilograms of fat is a lot of calories, 54.000 to be precise. For reference, that's what an adult male burns in 20 days.
I do love it when bullshitters get caught out. Didn't someone say they were 3% body fat a little while back?
1 gram of fat is 9 calories, 1 kg is 9000. 6 times 9000 = 54.000. We seem to be in disagreement on how much calories one gram of fat has, I was always told it was 9, if I convert your numbers it's 7700 kcal per kilo instead of 9000.
