Facts are that Canelo has always been a clean fighter, he tested positive for two consecutive tests and was pretty much cleared by SMRTL an WADA accredited testing facilty, and who was contracted by VADA. I doubt these three agencies would put their reputation on the line for Canelo.

If you refuse to use logic, then that's yo bad, but all your pouting and crying isn't changing anything. GGG is still fighting Canelo, and you're still not seeing a single dime of GGG's purse.

 

The OP is somewhat inaccurate.

Gomez threatened to take "action" for defamation, but it's only a threat. No lawsuit is in preparation, and nothing will happen in that direction. Any court of law will throw the case out due to the two positive tests.

The law is there for a good reason.

Imagine if Canelo won. A good part of the boxing media and other boxers have made even stronger statements about him. Should he be able to sue them all, simply because it's not impossible that contaminated meat was the cause?

GGG is accusing Canelo for cheating.
GGG is still fighting Canelo despite believing he is cheating.
GGG can't cry foul if and when he gets his ass kicked since he knows full well what he is getting himself into.
